variety: Gesha
This incredible coffee is served in our Highland Park corner as espresso or pour over. The cup is balanced with lots of floral and berry like notes, has mild acidity and jammy mouthfeel. This coffee also has exceptional after taste of rose petal jam.
In lumen coffee we roast this coffee to a light roast. After degassing or aging for 25 days, we freeze the roasted coffee. Freezing helps with consistency throughout shots, ages the beans slower and has a positive effect on the brew temperature.
